Rex S. Bell 
Since 1988 Mr. Bell has held brokerage and property management positions and had ownership interest in more than 35 investment properties. He has personally overseen the management and disposition of 700 real estate assets with sales volumes in excess of $70 million. Types of real estate assets managed and sold include: multi-family, single family, office, industrial, motel, restaurant, land developments and mobile home parks. Mr. Bell’s real estate experience includes professional relationships with the Rural Economic Community Development Agency, The FDIC, various state housing authorities and a number of lending institutions.
In November 2001, Mr. Bell co-founded, Northland Enterprises, LLC, (NLE). NLE was created for the purpose of acquiring and developing multifamily properties. NLE capitalizes on strategic relationships with other real estate firms and professionals in the acquisition, development and management of their real estate investments. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Bell had a successful career in the field of amateur athletics, initially as a competitive skier and later as coach of the Olympic and the United States Ski Teams. Robert C. Monks
Bob Monks has been a prominent real estate developer and entrepreneur for 25 years. In addition to Northland Enterprises, Bob Monks is a founding partner of the following real estate interests: Monks O'Neil Development, LLC, a real estate development company. Eagle Point Enterprises, a real estate development company that specializes in the acquisition and rehab of Section 8, multi-family housing. The Signal Group, a national consulting firm specializing in affordable housing finance. Dirigo Management Company, a third party property management firm. Headwater Capital Management, a real estate investment fund that acquires primarily single-tenant commercial and industrial buildings. Maine Workforce Housing, a real estate development company that specializes in new construction of multi-family affordable housing. Robert Monks also serves as Chairman of the Board of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), the leading proxy services company in the world with 420 employees. International investment partners at ISS include Warburg Partners and Hermes. He is also currently a Director of Navigator Publishing, a publishing company for the boating industry.
Bob Monks was previously a founder, principal and Director of Maine-based Atlantic Bank, N.A.; a Director of Maine Employers Mutual, Maine's largest workers’ compensation insurance company; and a former Chair and Director of The Sprague Corporation. Bob Monks attended Duke University and earned his BA degree from the University of Southern Maine. He also attended George Mason University's School of Conflict Resolution.
